I have used Petwell for small items but when I tried to order £54 of food for my dog I had problems with my free delivery so I contacted them via email and within a few hours had a reply it's was a glitch due to my post code happily after about 48hours the tech team at Petwell sorted it out and I'm happy to say my order was dispatched within a few hours, I would recommend Petwell for price and service and will be using them again when I need more food
