There were some problems with the delivery of the parcel which was damaged in transit, leading to the loss of one item. I cannot fault Petwell's response to this situation, perhaps the packaging should be stronger to withstand handling in transit, but Petwell customer service was excellent, and all the problems were caused by the first delivery firm and then by Royal Mail. Thank you Petwell for resolving the situation in such a generous way.
