I decided to come direct to Petwell as I had bought from them through another website. Again items arrived quicker than stipulated delivery time. My dogs are happy and much calmer. As soon as I plugged in the ADAPTIL my dog was laying next to it and fell asleep. It says 24 hours on the instructions. Fireworks, thunder and rain don't bother him as much. I also got the spray which is easy to use and works immediately. The pacing, trembling and heavy panting went just like that. The website is easy to use.
