In the morning I placed my order and paid the extra for 1 day delivery. My item was only processed the NEXT day and then sent by Royal Mail 48 and NOT Royal Mail 24 as expected.
My emails to the company querying this were ignored until the after the item was sent.
I will not use this company again.
