I have not used Petwell before recently. Unfortunately I live in SW France and Petwell do not deliver to France. I can totally understand why, their postal system is atrocious. I have 4 golden retrievers and desperately required Front line. They despatched my order to my daughter in uk almost the same day and she received same a couple days later. She then sent the order by Royal Mail tracked and I received within 4 days. Brilliant and helpful service. Will order frequently now. Staff so helpful too. PS. Would have collected this order from UK as was due to visit family but sadly had to cancel due to corona virus.
