I have used Petwell for some time now and always found them very helpful. My last order hadn't arrived 10 days after I had ordered it, I contacted them by email got an immediate reply, saying they had dispatched a repeat order. attached to the email was a return label to return the original order as and when it arrived. Now 15 days later I have received the original and replacement order. I wish all my dealings on the internet went as smoothly, continue your good work Jim Walter
