We moved into a new home on Birches Brook 6 weeks ago. We has excellent communication from Donna Barnes before moving in and any snags after moving in were dealt with quickly & professionally by the site team. We are happy with the finish of our home, it is better than a previous new build we bought (from a different company). One small 'even better if' would have been for our lawn to have been cut a final time prior to moving in- it was very long as our moving date dragged on well into autumn. It was hard to tackle! It has been a positive experience and the paperwork involved was always well explained/thorough.
