I hope others read this so they can benefit from my appalling experience and make their purchase elsewhere.
Terribly packaged items meant they were damaged on arrival. Terrible customer service from extremely unhelpful and rude people on the phone in various departments. Incorrect items sent which were incompatible and no alternative offered other than a refund leaving me with a towbar with no wiring and a large bill from my mechanic.
