I went to PG Ballito asking for my windscreen to be removed and resealed.
There was an Indian service advisor who was totally not interested with a thousand stories of why not to do it.
Including a chip.on the windscreen that needs to be repaired first.The chip was repaired last year.
Very rude and arrogant.
I work in the motor industry here in Ballito at A dealership.
I will refrain from sending all my vehicles there at the same time warn customers.
Any way I had it re sealed at another franchise without a rude employee.
