I made a purchase of over $100.00 and decided I did not need that product and e-mailed Pharmapacks asking about a possible return. They immediately responded that would send me a prepaid return label. They were extremely polite and friendly. They even followed up making sure that I received the label and asking if there was anything else they could help me with. Their products are priced fairly but it is their fantastic customer service that will make me a life long customer.
