Warning to all prospective tenants. Avoid this so called letting company. If you want to deal with an agency which lies to landlords, DPS, prospective and current tenants. Tradespersons who don't turn up. Lie to say you've made an appointment and then say your not in. Agent lies to landlords by not informing them of repairs - leaving with no heating or hot water over the coldest months of the year. Not repairing or making arrangements for simple faults like drains, showers, damp and mould. Landlords often don't have a clue or don't want to know or don't care! Steal deposits from tenants by lying to DPS. Construct illegal contracts for tenants to sign, with no referral to Tenants and Landlords Act 1985. Current tenant has problem with them already. Shame we werent allowed to warn them not to take on a tenancy for £400 more per month. Not worth it. Don't be duped by the chit chat as office staff, including the MD, turn out to be nasty, rude, unprofessional and downright horrible! You have been warned prospective tenants. Landlord doesn't know the half of it or doesn't care! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! You have been warned!
