However I ordered Paralief effervescent 500mgs tablets (24) but received standard Paralief tablets (24). I had ordered alkaseltzer but your pharmacist rang me and due to
Medications I’m taking couldn’t not let me have the Alka Seltzer which I fully understand.
I am to be refunded re this. As your bill hasn’t hit my account yet I can’t say what cost is.
Your customer service has since been on to me and resolved the situation promptly. Good customer service !!!!
