I ordered a Brabantia washing line at a relatively high cost of £159.99.
Arrived on Monday. Box was damaged and re sealed before I had even opened it. Once opened the case was dented in a number of places. Sent and email with pictures to Customer service. Ben Walker confirmed a new one would be sent and he would ensure this one was reviewed before dispatch!
New one arrived today. Opened the box and the case looks like somebody has walked over the top of it!!! 🤬
2 washing lines sent over 3 days and both damaged.
Resolution offered - we can send “another” or issue a refund.
Now have to wait until they get the 2nd washing line back before refund is issued!
Won’t be purchasing from this company ever again!!!! .. 🤬
