Avoid this company - faulty products, faulty company practices and abysmal service.
I purchased a sonicate toothbrush from Philips and it was not holding its charge. After a full nights charge, it would only be good for one 2 minute use. So I got in touch with their Customer Care team.
I contacted them through WhatsApp to arrange a repair/replacement. And they advised me to order a new one and I would be refunded once they received my faulty product. The catch was I had to order it through Philips as they said they were unable to ship a replacement out to me, so this was the only option.
I got in touch via WhatsApp once ordered and asked them for a refund and they could no longer assist. They told me to phone customer service or get in touch with their online chat. So I did, and they said that the advice I received via WhatsApp was incorrect and that they were referring it to their office to look into. They said I would have to return these items to get a refund, they didn't even address my faulty product in this conversation!
Shortly after this, I noticed my credit card was charged twice for the replacement I was wrongly told to order. So I got back in touch via their online chat and got through to an agent who said they would chase it up with their office. I asked if I could have a response today and the agent ignored me and proceeded to end the chat.
By far the worst experience I have had with a company in recent history. I would expect better service from a £2 toothbrush, never mind how much I paid!
I have not even received an apology, not even a generic one.
