For an establishment which is unapologetically more expensive than its competition, they are woeful.
You'd have thought making something as simple as a sandwich would not be too difficult, yet they routinely struggle to cope if the sandwich has more than one ingredient.
Don't even dare asking for ketchup. You won't get it.
