Ordered a safe from this company with next day delivery and three days later I'm still waiting on it being delivered. Phoenixsafe.co.uk didn't even bother to send tracking information, so I had to dig for that myself. Their chosen courier - DPD - is shambolic and only adds to the pain. If the item doesn't arrive today I'll be returning it when it does arrive and ordering from a more reliable manufacturer in the meantime.
