Terrible company, finally got my phone back after 5 weeks today, their engineers obviously don't know what they are doing, saying the phone was locked to my iCloud account when it wasn't, immediately put a random sim in the phone and it works perfectly, just don't think they wanted to pay the money that was offered to me on the website.Would advise people to avoid the company at all costs.
