My 16 year old daughter saved up and purchased a phone from this company for £245 but it was glitchy so we sent it back for repair. After a lot of email tooing and froing they said it was still faulty so would do a refund. They said they had processed the refund 10 days ago now but no money has arrived, no refund note from paypal or ebay so that must have been another lie. Customer service is extremely poor and seems mostly to consist of a lot of BS. C'mon guys, you can do better than ripping off my teenage daughter, surely???
