Have had my phone for 4 weeks now and received an email saying 'Payment has been made' Having checked my bank account it was not there. Followed up by email and they stated the bank details on the form were not what was correct. This is false. They have the correct details, just don't want to pay it or have big problems with their systems. Haven't heard back from them in 2 weeks. Proceed with caution in using them or find an alternative.
