This company has stolen my phone. They claimed it was faulty and offered reduced price which i rejected, i asked for the phone to be returned , which they said they would do that day, after approx 5days i had not received my phone but received an email from them saying the phone was lost by Royal Mail and they would pay the full price into my account that day, 10 days later I have still had no payment and now they do not answer Emails and the phone number on the website does not connect .A truly awful company and reading previous reviews I am not the only person to have there phone stolen by this company .I am now going through the process of Consumer rights and Trading standards. I can only suggest you avoid this company as they are extremely dishonest
