I sent my phone in January and this company confirmed that they had received my phone. However, Wil said my phone is locked to ICloud and he will send it back to me. I sent numerous emails with asking them to send my phone with insurance and also asked the tracking number but ever since they are ignoring me. It’s a shame as the money was supposed to be my son’s Christmas present. I believe that this company has stolen my phone like other people said.
