Order number #36251 First negative review in my whole life. Received pre paid bag within a couple of days, sent phone recorded delivery. Have receipt from Hermes (which clearly says phone has been delivered on 22/03/2019 at 14.49- left securely in porch). I have emailed them on Tuesday (26/03) and Wednesday (27/03) but had no response (I have checked spam too). They say that they will respond within 3 hours on their site but that has not happened. Have tried ringing but no response, sent fb message- no response. Still awaiting confirmation and payment. Very poor communication. Impossible to get hold of anyone on the telephone, fb and emails. No response from company..no cash in bank as promised. They have had my iPhone for 6 days now and I've not heard anything. Genuinely concerned. If I won’t receive any response till end of this week will be reporting this company to the Trading Standards and the Police. Very disappointed....
