Avoid !!!!! Take notice of the high number of negative reviews and use a different company. They offered me £210 for my year-old Huawei P10 Mate Pro on the 22 Feb which I accepted and sent them my phone by return. (Trade in id 360123) They confirmed receipt on the 1st March and since then nothing. No communication no payment no phone. Forget their claims that they endeavour to answer emails within 3 hours. I have sent them numerous emails asking for an update (or for them to return my phone) which have gone unanswered. When I have managed to get a reply, it’s been sent late at night with some general comment like I will look into it or we have sent a cheque (which never comes). If you read the other reviews you will see this is a regular tactic. I am now in the process of reporting them to Action Fraud and taking legal action. Don’t be their next victim use someone else. You may not be offered the same amount but you have a better chance of getting your money.
