I have never been more disappointed in a company. I sent my phone of nearly a month ago finally got an offer then an email to say a bank transfer had been made but still no payment recieved 2 weeks later. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before using this company only looked after sending my phone because of how long I was waiting to hear from them to say they had recieved my phone. I have reported this company to the police and action fraud, just waiting on a reply to see what steps I can take to getting my phone back. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, MOST DEFINITELY A FRADUALNT COMPANY
