I am with all the people who had bad a bad experience as I have had the same - 3 weeks before the phone was marked as arrived then offered me 2 pound the phone was marked but worked fine.
Then I received an email saying payment was made £2 yes its not about the money still nothing?? - something is not right about this company and think they need looking into in respect of all the bad reviews - PLEASE DO NOT send a high valued phone here - please go to mazuma or someone and take a little less money trust me it be worth it - VERY DODGY company!
