I wish I'd read all the reviews before sending my two mobile phones. I concur with the review below from "teacher".exactly the same experience and scenario when dealing with PhoneConvert. Don't be deceived by a nicely designed website and initially a genuine impression. From quoting a price for your mobile, sending the pre-paid envelope, re-adjusting the price following assessment, then stating the payment has been made. After that, it all falls apart. I lost my count how many emails I have sent so far. If you take a look at most negative comments you will find out that PhoneConvert uses the same protocol/pattern(for example I have to confirm my bank details three times! Really unimpressed with the service here and by the looks of some other reviews I'm definitely not the only one with this issue.
