I sent an ipad Air2 a month ago. I waited 2 weeks then emailed them to find out that the ipad was locked and they couldn't access it... Asked to provide details which I did and was told I would receive an email from Apple and photographic evidence of the reset... Never received this and have informed the company of this! This behaviour has pricked my ears up.... Waited another week and several ignored emails later... Informed it was all good and bank transfer completed..... A week and a half later and still no money.... Excuses after excuses... Informed they have a money flow issue with PayPal apparently! Now been told my order will be prioritised due to bad customer service and my money will be sorted 'Shortly'. No clarification of what that means..... Gave them ultimatum of pay me by Tuesday 10th Sep or return my item..., surprise surprise.. Emails are being ignored!
Bad service..... Had to pay my own postage of £3.55 as I didn't request Royal Mail label (I wasn't given any option) and I'm done with them. Action Fraud case opened....... Joke... Stay away from these people.
No phone number to speak with anyone which is another annoying factor!
