This company is a joke! I sent in my phone at the end of September 19, I had heard nothing by the 10th October so emailed. The response was that they emailed me as my phone was cracked with a new quote. Funny as my phone was sent in great condition, I wrapped it in bubble wrap and pocket air wrap was placed in the box. I searched my emails and nothing but every email has come straight to my inbox since. 3 weeks later I am still arguing the case and now I'm told my phone will be returned but I need to claim for the damage but I ask why was it signed for and the damage not picked up with Hermes earlier, I'm livid and £160 down!
