I was quoted a specific amount, however due to a screen replacement whilst I had the phone in my possession they offered a revised price that decreased by £15. Just for a screen!! It is basic knowledge that good customer service is a pretty significant requirement for the success of a business. Apparently replying to emails promptly as they had advertised on their website is too much to ask. They stated on their website that they reply within 3 hours during business hours. It has now been 4 days, which may not sound like much but it is misleading that you quote 3 hours and yet I do not not receive a response regarding payment. Secondly, I do not understand that after accepting the revised price why payment is not given immediately, especially when I have provided the method of payment prior to sending my phone on the basis that I assumed that I would receive a prompt payment. Furthermore, when I have viewed negative reviews regarding lack of payment after receiving the phone, I sent an email about timescales and I do not receive a reply! It’s honestly a joke! I don’t understand how you think you can advertise a prompt and courteous service when it has been anything but. There are several positive reviews left on the website but I don’t believe the authenticity of them, or if they are, you cannot just pick and choose when it comes to customer service. It’s not rocket science to provide all customers with the same type of service as described in the positive reviews. There are also several different methods of contact, including a telephone number, however it’s convenient that a digit is missing. I’m sure I won’t have been the first customer to have mentioned this, but yet this hasn’t been corrected. If I do not receive a reply by the end of next week, I shall report you to Trading Standards as well as filing a report with your local police station. I would not recommend them at all!!
