I sent a device last year and after no response to my email regarding payment, I was sent a correspondence saying that I had been sent the payment. I have since contacted my bank and there is no payment pending for my phone which I sold to you. This is beyond a joke. I have already reported you to Trading Standards, but I will now be filing a report with your local police station. Furthermore, I will continue to publish negative reviews about my experience with this company when I’ve done everything promptly on my end as a customer. I will ensure that other people do not fall victim to your fraudulent activities by promising individuals money and then not giving it, or providing ridiculous excuses for not sending the payment. I am prepared to take this much further, not just for the matter of the money that I haven’t received, but for the complete lack of morals. I am sure that I will not receive a response, so if I do not receive a response by the end of the next week, this will be taken much further. It is completely ridiculous that I have to chase payment when it has apparently been sent already. Complete ********!!!!!!!
