I am shocked at the poor service. I sent 3 phones withthe courier 1. First phone - Received and said paying £25 - 8 days later nothing 2. Second phone - Email saying got it, but need me to email my apple ID and password to clear, even though it was wioped prior to sending. Also the request for ID and password to my apple account? Surely fraud? Asked for phone to be returned nothing 3. Third phone - they say not received on account, but i have an email sayiing they have it and again want ID and password In summary it was a mistake to send the phones and I expect I will not get my money back
