I'll start this by saying that I have always used phones 4u. Basically I was on a rolling contract and decided that I would move across from orange to EE (the same company). I went into one of your stores and was offered a deal to move that matched an offer that was made to me by O2. I accepted the deal and moved across and had an iPhone 5 in the process. I was initially delighted. However it came to my attention that I was given an additional line in lieu of a new contract. Paying nearly £120 for a month. I ended up doing this for three months whilst a yourselves and EE/orange disputed who was to blame. £180 out of pocket, I eventually agreed to pay EE. I am incredibly disappointed by both yr attitude and customer service. I have been a valued customer of yours for several years and for no fault of my own have been punished by your inability.
