I purchased an upgrade to the contract I have had direct with Vodafone for years as the price was good, which was fine and I received my new handset very quickly. It wasn't until I received my first bill I noticed I had been assigned a brand new contract with a new phone, meaning I now had two phone contracts, not what I asked for.
This is matter is currently being investigated and upon listening to my initial conversation with the sales lady phones4u have admitted their mistake, I was mis-sold. The two members of the customers sales team I have spoken to have been easy to deal with and now im waiting for someone to phone me back to confirm if they can cancel the contract I didn't ask for in the first place, its been a week. I will be phoning back tomorrow to check on progress as payment has come out for the first month and it has to be dealt with before my next bill comes round.
