As a long term loyal customer I am utterly disgusted with the customer service I have recieved, I have spent a lot of time in and out of hospital and undergoing surgery for sever endomitirios, because of this I haven't been able to work therefore havnt had to funds to pay all of my bills, I offered to pay half and for the remaining amount to be added to my bill that I would pay at the end of July with all the overtime I have picked up, I was refused this twice by two members of staff, I am a single parent and I do not have a landline and so it's extremely dangerous not having any means to call for help should I need to, I am disgusted and deeply disappointed in the service I have recieved!
