Applied for an upgrade, disappointed, my partner got an upgrade to Samsung S5 unlimited texts and calls & 4GB of data and £200 cashback on her upgrade, from you, for £42.99. I wanted a Sony Z2 with the same deal but you'd only give £70 cashback? I have used P4U for my past 2 upgrades and have been very satisfied/pleased with the service, but this time i'm very disappointed with the service as there are other deals on-line at U-Switch(mobilephonesdirect/upgrade) which match the above.
