I ordered a new phone. Due to an error by them, 2 were sent to me . I returned one but unfortunately Phones4U had registered the other one with EE. This meant that my original number did not transfer to my new phone. Over the following two months i made countless phone calls and sent emails to them and visited their stores, asking them to resolve the problem with the number.Although their staff promised to sort it, each one failed dismally.
It was only when i contacted EE directly that this was finally resolved.
My experience of dealing with this company proved to be stressful, frustrating and annoying and i will not be purchasing my next phone from them.
