Initially agreed to a contract with 500 minutes, unlimited texts and 500mb of data but when my first bill arrived it showed I was only entitled to 250 minutes. Queried this with my network first who told me no such tariff existed so should not have been sold to me. Spoke to phones4u who said this information is incorrect and they would get back to me within 24 hours. Nearly 6 months later I am still waiting for that phone call. my recent bills show this issue has been fixed but it would be nice to have received confirmation.
Also less than a week after I received my phone/contract the same deal was advertised again but with a better phone.
