Took a fair while to receive - longer than I thought - but I was kept updated with several emails telling me where the frames were in the production process. Frame were very well packaged which was appreciated. Sizes were good, although one mount seemed to have a slightly larger aperture which meant it only just hid the edges of my print. I think the frame style for my size of frame perhaps were on the brink of being too narrow, as when I lifted the frame and moved it around to get it ready for hanging, there was a bit of bowing on the sides. Looks good on the wall though.
