Well i got mixed up with the measurements. there was no where I could put the size of the picture which would have helped to recognize I had the wrong measurements between cm and mm.
I was offered half price refund less delivery and vat. but this was not worth it has i was going to have to order further frames, but the person e mailed was helpful.
