Very pleased with the service and product overall.
One suggestion however.... - as my frame was large, the white backing card used comprised two pieces taped together. While this is understandable, it was disappointing because a dark coloured tape was used which shows through the light coloured picture I've framed... Hence, remedial work required to mask this - so if you don't have big enough backing card, I suggest you use white tape!
