I am astounded by the quality of our frame - it really is so intricate and the gold really stands out! The only thing that detracted from my experience was the communication from the company. I received two emails in error..the first stated that my frame was with the couriers which got me all excited..the second a few days later was to tell me they had just started working on it. A few weeks down the line and no further contact left me wondering where the frame was. I had to reach out to the company (via email as calling wasn't an option) to then get a response saying that they were waiting for materials to arrive. Having said this, Mike was excellent in responding to those emails and I did feel that my situation was given due consideration by his team.
