From order to receipt was very protracted. Once dispatched the frames arrived well packaged.
One of the frames was badly finished with the metal corner joiners left proud of the wood on two corners. Not readily evident the resulting cut to my finger quickly drew my attention to this issue. If I had not possessed my own tools allowing me to correct this issue I would have had no other option other than to return the frame.
