We made a custom order for a picture frame and everything went perfectly. The frame fits, looks nice and was securely packaged. The website was really easy to use and the price was good compared to others I'd checked. I also appreciate their care for their staffs families during the pandemic and they warned the service might be delayed due to this, but kept us updated every step of the way and once the order was processed it came very fast.
