Customer service updates were excellent .Quality of oak frame was just as I hoped .Picture looks amazing framed .No disappointments with a company I hadn't used before Will definatly use again and recommend to others .Delivery company could have taken more care as parcel did say fragil .Package was battered and frame disjointed from other parts . I managed to sort it out but wasn't sure at first .Guess a lot depends on delivery driver and how he manages his packages ,specifically the fragile ones .
