Quite pleased with my purchase. Website easy to use for ordering. Frame production took longer than promised before ordering but met the timescale promised on the order acknowledgement. Goods packaged well and delivered promptly. Unfortunately there was a defect in the first delivery with a dent in the frame that should have been picked up in quality control during production. Picframes readily agreed to make a replacement, which arrived very promptly. I would use Picframes again because the product is good value despite the issues experienced.
