Condition of received frames damaged with a 30ml dent and 200ml crack in facing wood. Non of the three frames contained hanging fixtures, as advertised and no recommended acid free backing paper paid extra for. Frames very flimsy soft wood. Worse is the non communication from the company who have ignored emails and telephone calls to rectify these problems. One star given for prompt service paid extra for. Please contact me.
