I am very pleased with my picture frame. The website was easy to negotiate, and I phoned the helpline to ensure I had everything just right on my order, which was reassuring. The frame was very well packed and delivered swiftly, having had emails from Picframes keeping me updated with progress. I was framing an antique bib for my grand-daughter’s 1st birthday present, a family heirloom, beautifully embroidered with Peter Rabbit. I spent a few hours stitching it onto backing fabric and assembling the box frame, but it was going to cost me 4x the price at my local framery, and they warned me they had a two month backlog!
