There was quite a wait for my order, although they did keep me updated on email which was good.
Have just unpacked my box and the additional items I ordered and paid for (brown tape and heavy duty fixings) were not in there, meaning I can't hang my picture.
Have contacted customer services (tried phoning and couldn't get an answer so resorted to email) and wait to see how quickly they can sort this out for me.
