Well, yes, the frames arrived undamaged and within your delivery time as promised but .... There was some distortion of the backing and mount due obstruction from some of the clips. I found the frames very difficult to unpack - being stapled and packed very tightly. In the interests of getting the frames to me undamaged, I believe you have definitely overdone that. I am not frail and weak, but if I were I believe I would have to obtain help in the unpacking. Also, I have ordered my frames previously from Frames.co.uk., and this competitor includes all of the hanging accessories - so I missed that aspect. It's a competitive world I'm afraid. Gerald Clare.
