I ordered three frames from PicFrames before Christmas, when they finally (they took a LONG time to arrive) arrived one of them was completely the wrong size. Since then I have not had a response to any of my numerous emails and their phone number does not work - I even tried writing an actual letter, but have not received a response. I would never use this company again because they do not respond to queries or complaints. They have my money and I have ended up out of pocket. Not happy!
